You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent under your local law.

3. Acceptable use

The labs are for defensive security education. Do not use anything you learn to attack systems you are not authorized to test. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse, or abuse the Service, share answers to defeat grading, or upload unlawful content.

4. Content & IP

Lab content, branding, and software are owned by CyberNexura or its licensors. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to operate and display it within the Service.

5. Plans & payment

Paid plans (Pro) are billed as described at checkout. Prices and features may change with notice. Access continues for the paid period.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, CyberNexura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
